Daguerreotypes arise great passion among photograph collectors … They are unique and unrepeatable, the first released photographic proceeding… They should be treated with the care they deserve.

Above, daguerreotype from rhe Marine Museum of Masnou (Barcelona). If a daguerreotype is already such unique artefact, more so when the image contains  five people. If you look closely you may see hand painted with gold the earrings and chains of the portraited people.
