Jordi Mestre is photographer, chemist and conservator.
As a photographer he has worked in newspapers and press, in archaelological sites arround the world and has also a great artisitic collection.
He has developed his carreer as a photographs conservator simultaneously, working for main photographics archives in Catalonia, taking care of all sort of ancient photographs: albumens, glass plates, daguerreotypes, plastic films, etc. He has published a book about photographs conservation: “Identificación y conservación de fotografías” that has already two editions.
He is very much into the study of romanic architecture, and has recently published an article about Sant Pere de Roda monsastery.
